Objectives
Jenny will tailor this workshop to those attending so that you have some knowledge of and somatic experience with Bioenergetic Therapy.
- Learn about the essential tenets of Bioenergetic Therapy.
- Experience basic Bioenergetic exercises that help with regulation, grounding, and self-awareness.
How to Prepare
Wear comfortable clothing – good for breathing fully and moving easily. Light snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring a sack lunch. Refrigerator is available.
Location
A note about the location – the driveway entrance to the office is easy to miss. Sometimes GPS is not accurate. Please review this slideshow which outlines the approach from both the North and from the South. While the speed limit is 45mph, we find that approaching slowly, well in advance, allows impatient drivers plenty of time to change lanes to move faster.
